For residential properties, we charge an all-inclusive attorneys’ fee. The fee includes drafting and revising the purchase and sales agreement, preparing the deed and power of attorney (if necessary).

If there is a mortgage or mortgages on the property, we will obtain payoff statements, review the Settlement Statement and attend the closing on your behalf.
