ANDOVER, May 8, 2024 – Award winning real estate law firm, Touchstone Closing, announces new Partner Emily A. Corcoran as the housing market ramps up for summer. In addition, Touchstone welcomes Attorney Katie K. Frazier, Noelle A. Rossini and Nadine R. Moujahed to the firm’s growing roster.
Emily A. Corcoran, an established attorney, joins as Partner and brings over 15 years of experience in residential real estate transactions. Corcoran’s expertise ranges from negotiating Purchase and Sales agreements, to reviewing and curing titles, representing buyers, sellers, and lenders throughout a real estate transaction, as well as assisting the real estate agent with any matter that may arise. Corcoran has also spent time overseeing and fostering attorney development. Corcoran and her family live in Tewksbury in the home she grew up in.

Katie K. Frazier brings her passion for real estate along with her unique background to Touchstone. Frazier spent time as a Family Law attorney and Real Estate agent before practicing residential real estate law. She gained invaluable experience to aid her in the attorney side of real estate transactions. Attorney Frazier has recently been awarded the Super Lawyer designation which is given to a handful of attorneys from every state who have demonstrated outstanding achievements in their legal field. With Frazier joining the team, comes a *new* closing office at 135 Beaver St,4th Floor, Waltham, MA this July.
In addition, Attorney Noelle A. Rossini joins as Associate Attorney. Rossini has been in the industry for eight years and a practicing residential real estate attorney for four. She brings outstanding client service, smooth transaction reputation and a positive attitude to the growing team. Nadine R. Moujahed joins Touchstone as an Associate Attorney out of the Boston office.
