Charles (Charlie) Palmisano, Co-Founder of Liberty Law has been a practicing attorney for over 30 years in the greater Massachusetts region. In addition to his expertise in real estate conveyancing, he is often consulted by real estate investors in the acquisition, sale, or financing of investment properties. Palmisano has been a pillar in the Newburyport community having a pivotal role of Vice Chair for the Newburyport Planning Board, recently appointed to the Newburyport Board of Directors as well as an active member of the Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Committee. Attorney Palmisano is also a guest lecturer for numerous Realtor groups in the region. He lives in Newburyport, Massachusetts with his family and most weekends can be found biking, boating, playing tennis or skiing.
Robert (Rob) Ciampitti Jr., Co-Founder of Liberty Law, Alumnus & AMDP Faculty Instructor at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design, and 22-year member & Chairman of the Newburyport Zoning Board of Appeals, has joined as a Partner. Ciampitti boasts a powerful and sophisticated 30+ year career representing a wide range of corporate, business, and individual clients across nearly all areas of Real Estate, Land Use & Zoning, Business, Permitting, Licensing & Deal Strategy. An active licensed pilot, Attorney Ciampitti, shares a love of aviation with his wife and two sons. Rob lives in Newburyport, where he also shares a passion for boating, biking & hiking with his family.
