Emmanuel is an experienced real estate attorney specializing in residential and commercial transactions, condominium development, land use, landlord-tenant matters, and zoning. A graduate of the University of Iowa and Suffolk University Law School, he has practiced for nearly two decades, earning a reputation for providing clients with insightful legal guidance and strong representation. Active in his community, Emmanuel serves on the Board of Directors for The Children’s Room, a nonprofit organization that provides grief counseling to children who have lost loved ones. He resides in Newton with his wife and three children. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys coaching soccer and cheering on his beloved Iowa Hawkeyes
