Emily Corcoran, an established Attorney has joined the team as a new Partner. Corcoran earned her undergraduate degree from Northeastern University with a Bachelor in Political Science, also while being a scholarship student athlete. She stayed in Boston and attended New England Law Boston for her legal studies. Corcoran has been in practice in Residential Real Estate for over 15 years.
After law school Corcoran started off in a smaller firm where she was able to have hands-on experience and gave her the ability to learn all aspects of the business. This invaluable experience later led her to be able to lead groups of staff and attorneys in other firms in managerial roles while still taking on residential transactions. Corcoran’s expertise ranges from negotiating Purchase and Sales agreements, to reviewing and curing titles, representing buyers, sellers, and lenders throughout a real estate transaction, as well as assisting the real estate agent with matters that may arise.
Corcoran and her husband, Greg, live in Tewksbury in the home she grew up in, with their two children, Maureen and Cameron, and their dog, Jackson. When she’s not working, she loves to be up in the mountains with her family and enjoys working out and running races when time allows.
