Tracey Harding focuses her practice on residential real estate closings and is admitted to practice in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Her primary goal is to make the closing process as smooth and stress-free as possible for her clients.
Tracey earned her undergraduate degree in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts and graduated cum laude from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. While in law school, she was a member and editor of the Law Review and served as a clerk for Justice Janet L. Stumbo of the Kentucky Supreme Court. After graduation, she clerked for the Honorable Joan N. Feeney at the United States Bankruptcy Court in Boston. She later transitioned to real estate law, where she has focused exclusively on residential closings—providing clients with personalized attention, clear communication, and a streamlined experience from start to finish.
Tracey and her husband, Rick, live in Dunstable, Massachusetts with their chocolate lab, Burton. Although their daughter, Kimmie, is away at college, they take every opportunity to travel and cheer her on at track and cross country meets. Tracey also enjoys running and is working on improving her golf game.
