Shannon earned her B.S. from Suffolk University and her J.D. from Charleston School of Law in South Carolina, where she graduated as a Presidential Honors Scholar. During her time at law school, she served as Associate Symposium Editor of the Charleston Law Review, President of the Student Ambassadors organization, and a student instructor for Legal Research and Writing.
Shannon is licensed to practice law in both Massachusetts and South Carolina and remains an active member of both Bar Associations.
Her passion for real estate law began while working part-time as a real estate law clerk while in law school. Today, as a seasoned real estate attorney, Shannon is committed to guiding clients through each step of the closing process with clarity and care. She combines her detail-oriented legal expertise with an energetic and approachable style, always prioritizing her clients’ needs from first contact through closing.In her free time, she can be found traveling. Interesting fact: she’s been to eight countries.
