Katie K. Frazier, an established attorney, earned a bachelor’s degree in Government from the College of William and Mary. A former resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, Katie moved to Boston to attend law school at New England Law in Boston and has since lived in Massachusetts for almost 20 years. After law school, Katie worked as a Family Law attorney specializing in divorce and child custody. Katie also served as Vice President and President of the National Association of Women Lawyers and received a certification in Mediation.
Always having an interest in real estate, Katie pivoted to work as a real estate agent for almost two years, where she gained invaluable experience to aid her in the attorney side of real estate transactions. Since then, Katie has specialized in Residential Real Estate for six years.
Katie’s expertise ranges from negotiating purchase and sale agreements, reviewing title examinations, title curative work, and assisting real estate agents, lenders, buyers and sellers through the entire transaction process.
Katie and her husband live in Waltham, MA with their son, daughter, and English Bulldog Moose. When she’s not working, Katie loves to bake, read, and spend time with her family.
