Nick Nardone concentrates his practice on representing buyers, sellers, and lending institutions in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. His experience also includes advising real estate developers from initial land and building acquisitions through project completion.
In addition to his legal practice, Nick has played a pivotal role in growing Touchstone’s presence regionally, including the development of its flagship Boston office. His commitment to excellence and client service has earned him consistent industry recognition, including being named to Boston Magazine’s Top Lawyers list and Boston Agent Magazine’s Top Producer list for consecutive years.
Nick is engaged with incredible organizations such as the Wounded Warriors and Little Sparks Project. In addition, through Touchstone, he has expanded his nonprofit outreach across the Boston area to include Wounded Warriors Foundation, The Boys and Girls Club of Lynn, Lazarus House Ministries, and Rosie’s Place.
Originally from the South Shore of Massachusetts, Nick stays busy outside the office with his wife, two young children, and their German Shepherd. An avid golfer, he enjoys spending time on the course whenever he can.
