Brandy A. Vose, Esq. is a Real Estate Attorney at Touchstone Closing and Escrow. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Colby Sawyer College and her Juris Doctor from New England Law Boston. Over the course of her 15+ year legal career, Brandy has gained extensive experience concentrating her practice in both commercial and residential real estate conveyancing.
Her commercial practice includes representing hard money and commercial lenders, investors, property redevelopers, ground up developers, and wholesalers. She has worked on foreclosures, REO property sales, short sales, assignment contracts, and lease to own agreements, and has extensive experience drafting private and institutional loan documentation while advising lenders on a wide range of matters related to private money lending. Her residential practice includes representing buyers, sellers, and financial institutions in the acquisition and resale of residential properties.
Brandy has completed thousands of transactions throughout the Commonwealth and prides herself on her responsiveness and creativity in getting deals closed. A lifelong North Shore resident, she is also the proud mother of one son.
