This strategic merger not only bolsters Touchstone’s North Shore presence and real estate closing business but also enhances its Touchstone Law division by adding four new attorneys to the roster.
Brendan L. Ward brings extensive expertise in estate planning for families with young children, next-generation leaders, and same-sex couples. He also has comprehensive knowledge in probate practice, asset protection, and real estate conveyancing. A proud Nahant resident, Brendan is heavily involved in the North Shore community and holds various leadership roles, including board member for the Lynn Boys and Girls Club, and on the steering committee Essex County Community Foundation.

Daniel F. Cahill is a seasoned attorney with over 15 years of experience specializing in real estate, land use, and zoning law. A former Assistant District Attorney in Essex County, Dan is deeply involved in the Lynn community, having served as a Lynn School Committee member, City Council President, and currently as State Representative. Known for his strategic approach to complex real estate transactions and development projects, Dan remains an active supporter of local organizations and charities. He resides in Lynn with his wife and children.
