Rob Ciampitti, Jr. has spent the better part of his 25+ year career refining the craft of his expertise in both the practice of Commercial & Residential Real Estate Law (as a licensed Massachusetts real estate attorney since 1996) and the practice of Title, Escrow & Closing Services (as a licensed Title Insurance Agent & Producer in New Hampshire, Maine and most recently Florida). During that time, attorney Ciampitti has curated a robust & sophisticated war chest of strategy and experience, representing business and individual clients across nearly all areas of Real Estate, Title, Land Use, Zoning, Business & Conveyancing.

In July 2022, Rob Ciampitti graduated from Harvard’s Graduate School of Design (completing Harvard’s highly selective “AMDP” program in Advanced Real Estate Management & Development). During his time at Harvard, Rob was honored by his fellow AMDP Class 2021 cohort, in being voted to receive the Harvard GSD 2022 Leadership Award. Rob was further humbled to be a member of the 5-student “Harvard AMDP Development Project Team” which was selected by a faculty jury as the 2022 AMDP Team Project Jury Award Winners (the culmination of a 5-month long, comprehensive, full-scale & real world, redevelopment & design competition ). This Harvard Development & Design competition targets the downtown business district of a confidential host city selected by Harvard each year, and located “somewhere in the world.”
Following graduation from the AMDP program, attorney Ciampitti was invited to join the Instructor Faculty of Harvard’s Graduate School of Design (International Programs & Executive Education), where beginning in June 2023, he will have the esteemed privilege of teaching the first cycle of his own 2 day immersion course entitled: Zoning – The Human Factor in Permitting the Built Environment for the Next 100 Years,” – a credit course which Rob himself wrote & designed for Harvard while still in the AMDP program.
From 2013 to 2014, Rob Ciampitti also served as a Visiting Professor of Business Law at the Bertolon School of Business at Salem State University (Salem, MA) and has authored on a variety of environmental law topics, co-authored contributions to Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education publications within this field – and has himself published in the nationally-circulated Environmental Law Journal on the topic of toxicology and expert testimony “Proving the New Generation of Environmental Damages.” Rob is also a frequent subject-matter expert lecturer, teaching Continuing Education credit courses to various Massachusetts Realtor Associations, agents, and brokers – from Nantucket to Newburyport, Massachusetts.
In June 2011, attorney Ciampitti was admitted to the Bar of the United States Supreme Courtand remains an active member in good standing and has held a City of Newburyport, Massachusetts Mayoral appointment to the Newburyport Zoning Board of Appeals since 2002 – and currently serves as Chairman of that Board.
An active licensed pilot since 1989, Rob holds a Private Pilot’s License with an Instrument Rating and shares his passion for aviation with his wife and two teenage sons, flying for pleasure as well as for business (and is currently completing final FAA training and testing required to earn his Commercial Pilot’s License). Rob also enjoys scouting with his two sons and serves as a Scout Leader and Merit Badge counselor for Scout Troop 21 (Newburyport, MA) and is himself an Eagle Scout – recently joined in that honor by both of his sons.
