Mary L. Cataudella has more than 30 years of experience in private practice and as in-house managing counsel for a national title insurance company. She regularly litigates complex title issues focusing on quiet title actions, missing interests, adverse possession, drafting errors, easement and boundary disputes. She also handles controversies between co-owners. In addition, Mary handles commercial lease disputes and general business litigation.
Mary attended Phillips Academy in Andover, MA and earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with honors from Holy Cross College in Worcester, MA. Following graduation, Mary completed her law degree at Northeastern University School of Law, and began her career as a law clerk to the Justices of the Superior Court. Today, Mary is well known for her ability to identify client goals and effectively develop a strategy to reach those goals in a cost effective manner.
She currently resides in Andover, MA with her husband. In her free time she enjoys cooking, entertaining, British crime series, needlepoint and genealogy.
